Webmail: InboxWebmail is where you read incoming email, organize your messages in folders, and write new email. The Webmail window is divided in two, with the folder listing to the left and folder or email contents in the middle. This provides the user with a convenient overview as well as quick access to all the current folders. With the Webmail menu (below the blue line) you can perform other email operations like refreshing the current folder contents, compose a new email, delete messages, etc. The folders are listed alphabetically to the left in the Webmail window, giving you single-click access to all folders. Next to each folder name you can see the number of new (unread) messages as well as the total number of messages the folder contains. Messages can be moved between folders by using the corresponding checkboxes, or simply by clicking and dragging them to the folder of choice. Direct link: http://www.runbox.com/mail/ |

Manager: RetrieveManager is the core of the Runbox Mail Manager system, and is where you administer all your email. With Manager you can fetch email from external email accounts, sort and forward incoming email, and get information about the various ways by which you can access your runbox email. You need not configure or make any changes in Manager for Webmail and your runbox email address to work. Your email will "fall" through the levels from top to bottom, so that the settings in the first level will affect the handling of your email in the next level, etc. Use the graphic menu to the left in order to access the different levels, create the settings you want and click [Save settings] when you're done with the current level. Retrieve lets you consolidate all of your email in one place. As more and more of us keep multiple email accounts, it is both time-saving and easier to organize in one Inbox. Manager: FilterThe Filter level lets you reject mail containing viruses, block unwanted senders and sort or reject suspected unsolicited junkmail (spam), as well as sort your email in a number of different ways. Select what criteria you want incoming email to match, and what action should be taken. You can set up as many filters as you'd like; a new one will appear for each previous one you save. Your email will "fall" through the filters you have set up, one beneath the other. For each filter some email may be retained, while the rest fall through to the next one, and so on.
